PROBATE PARALEGAL: Large, sophisticated law firm based in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal. Paralegal certificate is required along with a minimum of three years of experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities: (a) Prepares draft and final letters, memoranda, reports, trust and estate pleadings and other legal documents and exhibits; (b) Performs routine processing of trust & estate documents.
